Janie Grajeda

Janie Grajeda serves as MEQ’s Controller and has worked with MEQ’s predecessor entity and Drew Sobel for over ten years. Casey Murphy

Casey joined the team as an Accounting Associate during the second half of 2015. In her role, Casey works on both MEQ’s real-estate portfolio as well as corporate financing and accounting. In addition to acting as the primary liaison for both vendor and tenant accounting-related issues, Casey also supports company and portfolio financial reporting, CAM reconciliation, AP/AR, MEQ acquisition and disposition activities as well as Investor Relations. Casey also works with the property management and construction teams on the day-to-day execution of operational best practices and strategic operational initiatives. Casey is a graduateof Oberlin College with a degree in linguistics and Hispanic Studies.

Tania T. Rodriguez

As Financial Operations Assistant at MEQ, Tania works with the MEQ team on the day-to-day operations of both the company and its real estate portfolio. An integral part of the team, Tania interfaces with tenants, brokers, and vendors and collaborates with property management and construction teams on strategic operational initiatives. In addition, she supports the company and portfolio financial reporting, CAM reconciliation and the extensive acquisition and disposition activities of MEQ. Tania began her career in real estate development and investment in 2014 when she joined the predecessor company to Mass Equities: BCP, Inc. Tania holds a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Pre-law from Mount Saint Mary’s University and is a licensed California Notary.

Rachael Stamp

As property Manager for MEQ, Rachael oversees all aspects of asset operations in the Nevada Region, including the day-to-day operations of MEQ’s commercial retail portfolio in the Las Vegas Market. In addition to maintaining close relations with the tenants and the regional leasing teams to ensure strong customer service and a quality tenant environment, Rachael also collaborates with the MEQ Asset Management, Finance and Construction teams on the successful implementation of asset strategies and portfolio initiatives. Rachael has over 15 years of property management experience in multiple asset classes including commercial retail, office and single-family residential real estate.  In the commercial arena, she managed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial retail and office space. In her role with single-family residential real estate, she was responsible for 11 new home communities, inclusive of approximately 400 new housing units.  Duties included creating and recording applicable governing documents, specific for each community, fulfilling requirements with the Nevada Real Estate Division, facilitation of general maintenance and vendor services, and enforcing compliance of the governing documents as well as other real estate requirements.
